Quince Invitation is a managed RSVP service owned and operated by Quince Traditions LLC. This site exists solely to publish event invitation pages, collect guest RSVPs, display passcode-protected photo albums, and accept photo and video uploads from guests via personalized links. By using any RSVP page or guest feature on this site, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
We host custom Quinceañera invitation and RSVP pages. These pages serve as the central hub for the event, hosting the invitation, RSVP system, photo galleries, and event-day details. Event pages are private and accessible only by invitation - guests must use the personal link provided by their event host. This is not a public sign-up platform.
2. User-Generated Content (Photo & Video Uploads)
Guests may upload photos and video messages to a private event gallery via a personalized upload link provided by the event host. By uploading, guests grant Quince Traditions and the event host a license to store and display their submission within the event's private, passcode-protected gallery. Quince Traditions does not claim ownership of this content. We reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate. The client (the Quinceañera family) is responsible for monitoring the content uploaded to their private event page. Quince Traditions does not use guest-uploaded media for marketing or any purpose beyond event hosting.
3. Photo Album & Print Studio Access
The event photo album is private and passcode-protected. Guests may view the album using the passcode provided by their event host. The print studio is accessible only to the event host; it is not a guest-facing feature.
4. SMS Reminders
Consent for SMS is collected on this site via a proactive opt-in checkbox on the RSVP form. Messages are processed and sent via the Quince Traditions dashboard using Twilio. By opting in, guests agree to receive automated text messages from Quince Traditions related to their RSVP and event participation, including confirmations, reminders, and event-specific updates. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP.

5. Payments & Billing
All financial transactions are managed via our parent site, quincetraditions.com. Charges will appear as "Quince Traditions" on your bank statement. No payments are collected on this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
