We collect guest information (names, emails, phone numbers, and uploaded media) solely for event coordination as directed by our clients. What We Collect on This Site

  • Name and contact information submitted via the RSVP form.
  • Mobile phone number, if SMS opt-in is selected on the RSVP form.
  • Photos and video messages uploaded by guests via a personalized upload link.

 

SMS Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We use Twilio to deliver event-related messages including reminders and event-specific links. Message frequency varies based on event activity. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

 

Email Data

We use Scaleway to send transactional emails (RSVP confirmations). Your email is used solely for event-related communications.

 

Media & Storage

Photos and videos uploaded by guests are stored securely using Firebase and are accessible only to the event host and guests who have received the album passcode. Quince Traditions does not use guest-uploaded media for marketing or any purpose other than event hosting. We recommend guests avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS).

 

Data Retention

  • Guest RSVP data and uploaded media are retained for twelve (12) months following the event date, after which they are permanently deleted.
  • SMS consent records (including phone number, consent timestamp, IP address, and opt-in language) are kept indefinitely for legal and regulatory compliance.
