We collect guest information (names, emails, phone numbers, and uploaded media) solely for event coordination as directed by our clients. What We Collect on This Site

• Name and contact information submitted via the RSVP form.
• Mobile phone number, if SMS opt-in is selected on the RSVP form.
• Photos and video messages uploaded by guests via a personalized upload link.

SMS Privacy Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties. We use Twilio to deliver event-related messages including reminders and event-specific links.

Email Data We use Scaleway to send transactional emails such as RSVP confirmations. Your email is used solely for event-related communications.

Media and Storage Photos and videos uploaded by guests are stored via Firebase and are intended only for the event host and their guests. Quince Traditions does not use guest-uploaded media for marketing or any purpose beyond event hosting. Avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS).

Photo Album and Print Studio Access The event photo album is private and passcode-protected. Guests may view the album using the passcode provided by their event host. The print studio is accessible only to the event host and is not a guest-facing feature.

SMS Reminders Consent for SMS is collected on this site via a proactive opt-in checkbox on the RSVP form. Messages are processed and sent via the Quince Traditions dashboard using Twilio. By opting in, guests agree to receive automated SMS updates about the specific event for which they RSVPed.

Payments and Billing All financial transactions are managed via our parent site, quincetraditions.com. Charges will appear as "Quince Traditions" on your bank statement. No payments are collected on this site.

Data Retention Guest RSVP data is deleted three (3) months after the event date. SMS consent records (including phone number, timestamp, IP address, and opt-in language) are kept indefinitely as required by the TCPA.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
