All financial transactions for Quince Invitation are processed through our parent storefront at quincetraditions.com. Please refer to the Quince Traditions Refund Policy for full details.

 

Summary for RSVP Services

• Once the custom design process has begun, the service is non-refundable.
• Pre-design cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase if no event details have been submitted.
• A full refund is issued only if we fail to deliver a functional site before the event due to internal system failure.
• SMS Credits: No refunds are provided for SMS credits once they have been utilized for guest notifications.
